Prawns steamed with spicy sauce

Cooking direction (serve 1 )
1. Place prawns in a platter, arrange Thai heritage Minced Ginger over the prawns.
2. Steam over boiling water on high heat for 5 minutes or until done.
3. Mix lime juice, Thai heritage Fish Sauce, sugar, Thai heritage Garlic, Thai heritage Coriander Paste, chillies together.
4. Arrange the prawns on a serving dish and garnish with cabbage.
5. Pour the mixture over the steamed prawns and serve.
