Barbecued chicken

Ingredient

300 g. chicken or favorite meat
2 tbsp Thai heritage Barbecue Marinade
1/2 cup Thai heritage Sweet Chilli Sauce or Thai heritage Barbecue Sauce
cucumbers sliced, lettuces, tomatoes sliced for garnish


Cooking direction (serve 1 )

1. Toss Thai heritage Barbecue Marinade with the chicken until well.
2. Leave the chicken to marinade in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
3. Char-grill the chicken until done.
4. Arrange on a serving dish and serve with Thai heritage Sauce.
