Prawn in yellow curry

			prawns or favorite meat  | 
		 
		
			| 2  1/2 cups	 |

			coconut milk | 
		 
		
			| 3 tbsp	 | 
			 | 
			Thai heritage Yellow Curry Paste | 
		 
		
			| 1  1/2  tbsp	 | 
			 | 
			Thai heritage Fish Sauce | 
		 
		
			| 1  1/2  tbsp	 | 
			 | 
			palm sugar | 
		 
		
			| 1/2 cup | 
			 | 
			potatoes (cut half and boiled) | 
		 
		
			| 1/2 cup | 
			 | 
			tomatoes (cut half) | 
		 
		
			| 2		 | 
			 | 
			spur chilli sliced | 
		 
 
  
Cooking direction (serve 1 )
  
1. Heat 1 cup coconut milk until the oil surfaces.  
2. Add Thai heritage Yellow Curry Paste stir until fragrant.                      
3. Add Thai heritage Fish Sauce, palm sugar and add remaining coconut milk, 
    stir until combine. 
4. Add potatoes, prawn, tomatoes and spur chilli, stir until cooked.
