Charcoal - Broiled Prawns

banana leaf or aluminium foil for wrapper |

Cooking direction (serve 1 )
1. Clean the prawns, wrap each the whole prawns in banana leaf or foil.
2. Grill over charcoal fire for 8-12 minutes or until just cooked.
3. Serve with Thai heritage Seafood Sauce.
