Fried bread with minced pork spread

Cooking direction (serve 1 )
1. Blend the pork with egg then add Thai heritage Garlic, Thai heritage Coriander, Thai heritage Light Soy Sauce, Thai heritage Oyster Sauce, pepper, water knead into minced pork.
2. Place pork mixture on each piece of bread.
3. Decorate with coriander leaves.
4. Fry the pieces of bread spread-side until golden brown, remove and drain.
5. Serve with Thai heritage Spring Roll Sauce or Thai heritage Plum Sauce.
