Cooking direction ( serve 1 )
1. Stir-fry meat or seafood in vegetable oil until cooked.
2. Add Thai Heritage Roasted Red Chilli Paste , Thai Heritage Fish Sauce , Thai Heritage Oyster Sauce and water . Stir until fragrant .
3. Add mushroom or desired vegetable. Stir until cooked .Delicious Roasted Red Chilli Paste stir fry is ready to serve .
