Stir-fried pork with oyster sauce

Thai heritage Oyster Sauce |
1 tsp |

Thai heritage Fish Sauce |

vegetable oil |
1/2 tsp |

pepper |

wheat flour |

|
spring onion (cut into short length) |
3 tbsp |

chicken stock |
50 g. |
|
onion sliced |

red spur chilli sliced

Cooking direction (serve 1 )
1. Toss the pork with wheat flour and 1 tbsp Thai heritage Oyster Sauce.
2. Stir the marinated pork in vegetable oil until done.
3. Add Thai heritage Oyster Sauce, Thai heritage Fish Sauce, chicken stock
and pepper, stir until combine.
4. Then add onion, chilli, spring onion stir until well.
