Lemongrass & Galangal Soup

unsweetened condensed milk |

lime juice |

Hot chillies, lightly crushed |

coriander plants, chopped coarsely |
Cooking direction (serve 1 )
1. Heat the stock to boiling.
2. Add the Thai heritage Minced Lemongrass, Thai heritage Crushed
Galangal, prawns and mushroom.
3. Add the Thai heritage Minced Lemongrass, Thai heritage Crushed Galangal, prawns and mushroom.
4. Season to taste with lime juice, Thai heritage Fish sauce and chillies.
5. Add Thai heritage Dried Kaffir lime and chopped coriander.
6. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
