Stir-fried prawns in tamarind sauce

Cooking direction (serve 1 )
1. Fry the shallots sliced in vegetable oil until brown color.
2. Add the palm sugar, water, Thai heritage Tamarind Paste, Thai
heritage Fish Sauce, stir together until the sauce thickens
3. Add the prawns and fry until done.
4. Garnish with fried sliced shallot and fried dried red chilli.
