Stir-fried prawns in tamarind sauce

Ingredient

150 g. prawns
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp shallot sliced
2 tbsp fried sliced shallot
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp palm sugar
3 tbsp Thai heritage Tamarind Paste
1 tbsp Thai heritage Fish Sauce
5 fried dried red chilli


Cooking direction (serve 1 )

1. Fry the shallots sliced in vegetable oil until brown color.
2. Add the palm sugar, water, Thai heritage Tamarind Paste, Thai heritage Fish Sauce, stir together until the sauce thickens
3. Add the prawns and fry until done.
4. Garnish with fried sliced shallot and fried dried red chilli.
